Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images and blatantly copying our text, word for word in some cases such as this one, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

St. Joseph Partners are just one of the many coin dealers, bloggers & websites worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission. On their website they are clearly using our PAMP Fortuna 10 Gram Gold Bar photograph.
Sample Listing
I am unable to copy and paste their sample listing using the right click as it is copyright protected along with OUR photographs they are using !
The listing states that “Gold 10 ounce bars are manufactured by numerous mints such as PAMP ( Produits Artitiques de Metaux Precieux ) and Credit Suissse. The bar pictured above is from PAMP Suisse, reflecting the artistry they use on their products.”
What’s Wrong?
It is dishonest and unethical to pirate and steal other people’s work by using high quality copyright photographs without the owner’s consent. We can partially understand why they do it; it is quick and easy (but then so is robbing people).
