Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

London Gold Exchange is just one of the many coin dealers, bloggers & websites worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission. On their website, a page of which we reproduce here, they are clearly using our 1974 Krugerrand Reverse photograph.

London Gold Exchange fail to disclose the fact that they are a Limited company on their website. They appear to have no directors. Mr Michael John Mahony joined the limited company on 24th May 2013 and retired on 23rd october 2014. He was replaced by Mr Shri Thiyagarajah on 23rd October 2014 and he retired on 31st July 2015.
